BODY BIKE® Indoor Cycling 2.3.3

The BODY BIKE® Indoor Cycling app is designed specifically for use with the BODY BIKE SMART®+ indoor bike. It allows users to conveniently view their training data on their smartphone during workouts by connecting via Bluetooth®.

The app offers a comprehensive set of features for monitoring indoor cycling sessions, displaying key metrics such as power/watts, %FTP, heart rate, cadence, distance, and calories burned in real-time. Users can track current, average, and maximum values to gauge their performance effectively.

One notable aspect of the app is its ability to upload workout data to Strava, providing users with a complete overview of their indoor cycling activities as well as other workouts like running or hiking. This feature enhances the user experience by allowing them to analyze their progress across different activities.

• Colour intensity zones: Utilizes a 5-zone color display based on Coggan's power zones for quick visualization.
• FTP estimation: Estimate your FTP based on personal details and training history under Personal Settings.

The app also includes customization options such as choosing a favorite color scheme and selecting between metric and imperial units for enhanced user flexibility. Moreover, its achievement system motivates users to push themselves further by unlocking ranks and medals based on performance goals.

The latest updates introduce new features like an intensity scale, improved data display, layout enhancements for better readability, additional customization options, and an expanded achievement system.
